A KAMA SUTRA VALENTINE'S DAY

Join us for a seductive treat this Valentine's Day weekend. From February 10th to February 14th, 2012, customers may delight and in Marigold's signature Kama Sutra Menu, priced at $70 per couple or $90 per couple with a bottle of wine (plus tax and gratuity). The tasting menu is a full three-course dinner for two.

All couples who choose the Kama Sutra Menu will leave with a special Kama Sutra inspired gift, to make for a perfect Valentine's night.

The Kama Sutra Menu:

'Gosht aur Jheenga Machhli'
crispy lamb belly ~ slow braised lamb belly in lobster 'makhani'

maine lobster tikki ~ fresh maine lobster and 'upma', finished with turmeric, garlic, and chilis

Kalonji Murgh
Tender chicken marinated in house-made yogurt, finished with a delicate sauce spiced with fennel, kalonji, and fenugreek seeds

Tahari Biryani
Saffron-vegetable biryani ~ basmati rice seasoned with nutmeg, cinnamon, and clove, roasted winter root vegetables

(entrees served with fresh tandoori naan and basmati rice)

Teen Tharah ki Mithai
sweet mango lassi, mixed berry 'shrikhand', fried pomegranate 'kulfi'

Take-Home Kama Sutra Kit
Guests may continue the kama sutra experience at home with a take-home kit: Marigold's 'kama sutra' flourless chocolate cake, and a bottle of love potion with chai spice and romantic incense

For only $18 you select ANY TWO FULL PORTION courses to create your own two-course menu. For example, choose one appetizer plus one entrée; one salad plus one entrée; one entree plus one dessert, or any other combination of courses. Entree course may not be shared and there is an additional charge for select items. Valid for parties of 2 to 5 people.

Maharaja Family-Style Dining Opportunity.

Sundays - Thursdays, for parties of 6 or more, Marigold is offering its signature Maharaja family-style dining experience for only $24.95 per person. This three-course dinner is Marigold's finest preparations shared family-style creating a perfect opportunity for friends, family, co-workers to “break naan” and delight in great warming comfort foods with rich and bold flavors. Global Wine Initiative. In an effort to promote and pair great wines with big Indian flavors, Marigold will offer a hand selected bottle of wine at the highly reduced price of $25. Each month a new wine from around the world will be featured on the merits of its distinct pairing quality with Indian spices, a commitment to smaller, less-known vineyards, and to offering guests a great value at $25 per bottle.

This month's featured wine is the 2009 Andre Brunel Cotes du Rhone. This French wine is 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Cinsault. The wine is rich with berry fruit and cherry flavor with slight touch of spices too compliment a wide range of dishes on the Marigold menu.
